APOSDLE - work, learn, collaborate


Learning occurs constantly and is intertwined with usual work processes. Especially new tasks or the start of a new project trigger learning events which are aimed at advancing the userís general knowledge in a certain domain and are to a large degree informal.

APOSDLE supports learners in the self-directed exploration and application of knowledge within their work context. It provides learners with guidance through the companyís knowledge pool, including both conventional learning material and content originally not intended for learning.
